Hans-Jürgen Sopper is the managing partner of ceresAlpin GmbH. He is a master confectioner, banker and holds a Master of Management degree from the Management Center St. Gallen.
Hans-Jürgen Sopper developed the first organic food colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple and black) from renewable raw materials, based on cocoa butter and vegetable oils. He also developed the first white organic food coloring (alternative to titanium dioxide) “BIO- NaturWeiss” from renewable raw materials, based on cocoa butter.
He shows that it is possible to make up chocolates and other chocolate products professionally with purely natural colors and that colors influence purchasing decisions.
