The technology for producing a wide variety of bars with a carpet forming system has established itself worldwide. This technology is now also increasingly being used to produce chocolates. This makes it possible to produce high-quality and attractive chocolates in larger capacity ranges at low cost as an alternative to molded chocolates.
Klaus-Dietrich Franzmeier, a graduate engineer in production technology, started working for SOLLICH KG in October 2016 as a sales engineer and is responsible for supporting the US and Canadian markets. Since this year, as Director Sales & Marketing, he has also been largely responsible for the strategic direction and further development of the company’s sales and marketing activities.
